CIC Steel Manufacturing Plant

Status: Complete

This project was a design-build, fast track project. Construction of a new 60,000 sq. ft. steel manufacturing facility.

Scope: Clear and grub 8 acres of land. Excavate and remove 100,000 cyrds of soil. Install all new site utilities. Construction of all foundations and associated underground work. Site-work, paving and landscaping. Installation of pre-fab steel building systems. Construction of 10,000 sq, ft. office build-out. Design and construction of all plumbing, HVAC, fire protection and electrical systems.
