This project consisted of demolishing an existing structure and construction of a new 17,000 sq. ft. building with an attached pre-cast concrete garage.

Scope: excavation and removal of unsuitable soil. New concrete foundation walls and slabs. Construction of a 25' architectural concrete retaining wall. Erection of a new attached, pre-cast concrete parking garage. Split faced masonry. Structural steel and decking. Passenger elevator. New showroom, sales department and 13 new service bays. All new interior and exterior finishes, including EIFS and stone veneer. Installation of all plumbing, HVAC, fire protection and electrical systems, including voice/data and security systems.
