This project is a design-build, fast track project. Construction of a new 25,000 sq. ft. automotive facility

Scope: Clear and grub 5 acres of land. Excavate 35,000 cyrd of soil. Blast and remove ledge. Construction of all foundations and associated underground work. New site utilities. Site-work, paving and landscaping, including a rt 9 deceleration lane. Steel framing systems. All interior and exterior finishes including custom casework. Design and construction of all plumbing, HVAC, fire protection and electrical systems. Construction of 14 new service bays, sales department and showroom.
