Scope: Demolish existing home. Clear and grub. Install all new site utilities, septic and drainage. Excavation. Concrete foundation and slabs. Wood framing. All new custom interior finishes. Custom millwork and wood trim. Cedar shingles. New plumbing, HVAC and electrical systems.
